ReplyDeleteLove operation beautiful and the article, but I hated that the cover was also so focused on ways to cut fat and belly fat. Bummer that magazines are always so geared towards diets and weight loss.

ReplyDeleteI was just reading this magazine yesterday at lunch!! I guess I didn't make it far enough to see this article (I ate a quick lunch), but I'll have to go back to check it out. That magazine sometimes makes me angry, with all of the mumbo-jumbo they put in there, but I love that they featured "Operation Beautiful"! That's fantastic.

i love that you live in victoria ( i used to go there every summer growing up - i'm from Edmonton ( sherwood park to be exact) but now live in New York!
even though NY is amazing, i miss Canada heaps and can't wait to move back in a few years ( most likely Van )
was wondering if you could do a "day in the life" post... from am to pm , all exercise you do + everything that you eat
