Peanut Butter and Banana Wraps make for a quick nutritious Breakfast
I used a Food For Life Brown Rice Tortilla and Adam's Crunchy Peanut Butter
Fun Fact: One banana provides 30% of your Daily Value of Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 keeps your nervous system in top working condition, boosts immunity, helps
manufacture amino acids
, and aids in the production of enzymes and neurotransmitters
Question: When was the last time you ate a banana?
Yesterday! Peanut butter and bananas are BFF's in my book!
ReplyDeleteThis makes me want to eat a banana. That's actually all I'm craving now.. which wouldn't be such a bad thing if we hadn't run out of bananas.
ReplyDeleteGreat breakfast Kelsey! I like to mush the banana on the wrap instead of leaving chunks. I like the texture better that way.
ReplyDeleteI ate a banana this morning blended up in my smoothie!
I eat bananas everyday. :) Either as is or mixed in a fruit or green smoothie.
ReplyDeleteI eat a banana every single day. Literally. Last time was about an hour ago! =)

YUM! I love PB & banana ANYTHING! I have a banana every morning with breakfast - glad to know I get some important vitamins with it :)
ReplyDeleteIt's because of you I started to eat wraps!
ReplyDeleteAnd bananas!
The combination of the two just looks perfect.
I usually just do the banana PB thing by splitting the banana and filling up with PB, so good. I would love to try those brown rice tortillas, but they can't be bought in the UK. I keep meaning to make them, but I struggle to make tortillas thin enough!
ReplyDeletePB may well be the only pate' I'll eat (love that quote). What really could be better than this wrap? I had the smoothie version of this for breakfast (frozen banana, Sunbutter, ice, honey, almond milk oh and coconut). Your wrap wins.
ReplyDeleteBanana + PB = enough sad ;)
ReplyDeleteI eat a banana every morning.
ReplyDeleteI ate two today!!! Hehe.....I had banana chocolate pancakes and a in my chocolate mint smoothie :)
ReplyDeletePeanut butter + banana is almost ALWAYS involved in my breakfast. Yum!
ReplyDeleteI love that you love brown rice tortillas as much I do! They are 100x better than wheat ones. Yumbo scrumbs.
ReplyDeleteI had a banana on my cereal for breakfast this morning!
Your wrap looks heavenly, oh my goshhh. I love pb + banana. (Btw, I actually typed "panana" and then had to backspace.) I had pb + banana smoothie this morning. Yummm city!
ReplyDeleteThe last time I ate a banana was this morning. And I've eaten one every morning for probably the last three years! :D
ReplyDeleteI don't usually eat bananas besides in my smoothies. I LOVE the quote at the top - how cute!
ReplyDeleteAn hour ago!! I eat 2-3 a day, love the lil things. :P And I have PB/banana wraps for after dinner treats all the time, too!
ReplyDeleteI had a banana yesterday! I eat one almost everyday:)
ReplyDeleteI've obvi been living under a rock bc i never thought to make a wrap like this-how perfect
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I just want to pop that ball of PB straight down my throat! The wrap looks fantastial though, it's been so long since I've made a fruit wrap. Must do!
ReplyDeleteThat was one of my favourite childhood treats. Except we wouldn't slice up the banana...we'd just roll it up as is.
ReplyDeleteLove it! Ive been enjoying toast with PB and banana lately, delish!

ReplyDeleteFor some of us, PB is the pate of adulthood as well! This wrap sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteLooove that quote
ReplyDeleteThis is completely up my alley. I eat a banana pretty much everyday, and love pairing it with a little peanut or almond butter for pre-workout fuel.
ReplyDeleteI had a banana alongside a Pure Bar for my afternoon snack!
ReplyDeletethat looks soooo good and I love that quote!
ReplyDeletetoday, actually! :)
ReplyDeleteI do a similar thing with bread, only difference is I add either Honey or Maple Syrup to it, takes the taste level to a whole different one. I try to evangelize it :-) but sadly no one listens. It is one of the best combo breakfast. I will try this with these wraps. Love the logo also :-)
