SIAJ: Squash in a Jar

Most of you already know of OIAJ: Oats in a Jar
but have you heard of SIAJ: Squash in a Jar?

You probably haven't because as far as I know, I just created this new sensation :)

an almost-empty Organic Peanut Butter Jar

And the squash is surprisingly more filling than oats

I can't wait to try out different combos like Butternut Squash and Almond Butter!

  1. Definitely never tried squash in a jar but I really want to now! Dare I say.. it seems like it would be even better than oats in a jar?

  13. SIAJ is definitely the new sensation! ;) Personally, I don't finds oats so filling, either, which surprised me because everybody else obviously does. For me, they rather make me hungrier (hate that). Not squash, though. Squash is awesome and always makes me happy! :D
