Most of you already know of OIAJ: Oats in a Jar
but have you heard of SIAJ: Squash in a Jar?
You probably haven't because as far as I know, I just created this new sensation :)
Leftover Roasted Kabocha Squash piled into
an almost-empty Organic Peanut Butter Jar
And the squash is surprisingly more filling than oats
I can't wait to try out different combos like Butternut Squash and Almond Butter
!
Definitely never tried squash in a jar but I really want to now! Dare I say.. it seems like it would be even better than oats in a jar?
ReplyDeleteEverything tastes better in jars, Kelsey ;)
ReplyDeleteAnd I think am going to beat you to the butternut squash+almond butter because I just cooked a butternut squash, and I have an empty almond butter jar ready to use :P hehe....
Ooh that looks interesting :D
ReplyDeleteI probably will try that!
