1 cup Liberte plain kefir with sliced pineapple, grapefruit, and green apple
Quite pretty with the different colors popping through the yogurt
Lunch was all about simplicity and balance...
Warm Vegetable Salad
Hard-boiled eggs, chicken breast, steamed
broccoli, sauerkraut, onion, and black pepper
Oh, and some cucumber slices on the bottom
Sometimes the most simple foods are the most energizing!

I'm not sure how long they've been around... but they are fairly new here
After a brief debate between the flavours, I decided to try Rocky Road
Rocky Road = Chocolate + Marshmallow + Nuts
, and 
The yummy smell alone brought me back to childhood... an easy thumbs up :)
Random Deer Crossing
Decided to bake this massive Sweet Potato for Dinner
Took about 75 minutes in the oven @ 405 Fahrenheit
Topped with a medley of stir-fried vegetables
Edamame, green beans, brussel sprouts, leek, tomatoes, garlic, and some pasta sauce
you guys always have such interesting bars to try. Wis more of US bars were available over here. I love the clif bars.

I have three different flavors of those bars in my cupboard. I got them at a natural foods show, but have been saving them. Can't wait to try the rocky road flavor.
