Chocolate Peppermint Ice Cream

Because it's Canada Day and the weather is hot, I thought
I would celebrate with Ice Cream! Happy Canada Day!

I started by scooping Mapleton's Organic Vanilla Ice Cream into a bowl...

And then microwaving 3 Lindor Lindt Dark Peppermint Chocolate
Truffles for 30 seconds, until semi melted. I drizzled some of the chocolate
peppermint innards onto the ice cream before placing them on top :)

It was a royal treat; Speaking of royalty, how about the "royal wave"?

William and Kate arrived in Canada to celebrate Canada Day

This last photo is my version of "the royal wave" :)
