Be gentle to yourself as the final phase of studies can be very demanding. <br /><br />Being allergic to gluten, casein, and soy protein, I know what you mean with having difficulty to find something to eat on the go. I've actually given up on that but have established a habit of complete self-supply. I don't eat gf bread products as the ones I can buy here are not only super expensive (and not so tasty ...) but also either made up of just white (corn, rice) flour or contain soy and a ton of additives. So it's mostly legumes or quinoa and veggies for me.
