Is a kobucha squash the same as a butter...Question! Is a kobucha squash the same as a buttercup squash? I have been eating the latter like a fiend and they look very similar but I'm not sure if they are the same...they are very very starchy (sometimes i feel like they are more dense than a potato!) and have a sort of sweet potato/roasted chestnut flavour.
