100% Free Vitamin D

  1. I am SO jealous that you are out in capris and a t-shirt! I wish I could be! Today was so cold. Guess Mother Nature just needed one last breath of winter (hopefully only one). I wish I lived in BC. Ontario weather is colder. It looks like you are very much so enjoying that sunny weather :)

  7. I love how natural these pics look, do you take them yourself on a timer or have your mom or someone do it for you? I've been soaking up as much Vitamin D as possible...(hints the lack of blogging!) ;)two different hour long walks are absolutely AMAZING though!

  10. Wow, these are such cool photos (and you look really pretty, of course :D). Unfortunately, my area doesn't get enough sun to give us the amount of vitamin D that we need. I soak up everything I can get though (which lately hasn't been much :( I'm glad to see you're enjoying it!

  15. I'm jealous that the sun is shining in BC! It was a bit dreary on the east coast today...But I got a good dose of D over the weekend. Spring is definitely beginning to flirt!

  18. Yay for the SUN!!! We had 2 glorious days over here and I climbed a mountain on one of those days, followed by a long run on the other - I have wind burn now but lots of Vitamin D!! Great blog!
