Spirulina, Squash, Salmon and Superfoods

Breakfast this morning was a Superfood Parfait

I mixed Greek Yogurt with Spirulina, Greens+ Powder and Stevia...

...Topped with a sliced Granny Smith Apple, Dates, Prunes, and Bee Pollen

And for Lunch, I made a meal I'm very proud of!

1/2 Baked Kabocha Squash stuffed with a Spinach and Cream Cheese Salmon Salad

Please excuse the thousands of photos I took btw

Question: Do any other bloggers take many photos of
your meals or are you more of a "one shot" kind of person?

  2. Definitely not a one shot kind of person! I take at least 10-15 photos of most of my meals and choose the top few to post. Sometimes it's not easy though!
