Little Miss Sunshine

I'll take any chance I get to be outdoors in the sunshine...

It's where I do most of my "deep thinking"

Thank God for nature and the warmth of Spring and Summer!

Makes me a happy squirrel :)

I made a fresh and colorful wrap to share with you. I used a

brown rice tortilla and topped it with salsa and cucumber slices

Then added fresh sliced tomato and red onion

Topped with grilled and shredded chicken breast, seasoned with black pepper

And finished with a slice of Emmental Swiss Cheese

Please tell me the sun is shining where you are... 

And if so, go out and frolic in the flowers, you deserve it :)
