Buttered Toast and Broken Glass

Toasted Spelt and Flax Seed Bread

Buttered with Soy Free Earth Balance Spread

After Breakfast I went to reach for a glass of water when disaster struck...

I dropped my favorite glass and broke it!!!

The only positive is that I bought two, so at least there's one still left

But its always sad when something breaks :(

Question: What was the last thing you broke?

  4. Isn't it weird how you NEVER break the mug that's already chipped or the glass you don't like, but ALWAYS break your fave of everything? I hate that.

  8. Kelsey, Thanks so much for visiting my blog!
That spelt/flaxseed bread looks really good.

Sorry about your broken glass I know how sad that is. My girlfriend gave me a set of stemless wine glasses and I broke 2 of them within a week. I guess my hands were too soapy and they slipped right out! So sad.

  14. I hope you didn't cut yourself hun!!
Whenever something breaks in my house, my mom takes all the broken pieces of glass and place them in a bowl with cold water. She says it's for good luck!
I hope you have the best sunday, love you hun!

  16. One day last week, it was lovely outside so we turned off the air conditioning and opened the windows... and the lovely breeze knocked over two of my very favorite bowls and they broke. :(

I went to replace them, but of course the store no longer has them. BOO.

  20. Sad! I'm definitely more than a little bit irrationally attached to a few of my coffee cups! The last thing I broke was a decanter we were going to pass-on to Marcus' sister. It wasn't expensive but I was miffed that the rim got chipped!
