I went for a subtle tie-dye

Mixed with "all the vegetables under the sun" like Kale, Swiss
Chard, Gai Lan, Green Beans, Spinach, and who knows what else...
Seasoned with a little Lemon Juice, Olive Oil

Baked @ 375 Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes

ReplyDeleteI love your "all veggies under the sun" meal- thats how my dinners tend to look! I once rit-dyed a duvet cover with ties for a one color tie dye look. I was so afraid it would stain the washer, but it didn't!

ReplyDeletei love tie dye, purple potatoes and the simple dressing you used in your last dish. i think i heard of it from jamie oliver ;) he uses that on EVERYTHING literally.

I need to go to the shops pronto! Those vegetables look so amazing. We're in the midst of a vegetable/fruit drought in this house because I haven't felt like grocery shopping - and I ended up having peanut butter and dark chocolate chunks in my vanilla almond oatmeal. Very delicious, but way too rich for 6am!
