Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor T-Shirt

Everything in today's post is TECHNICOLOUR

Starting with Banana Date Green Apple Oatmeal for Breakfast

With a pinch of Cinnamon and Stevia Powder
to offset the tartness of the Granny Smith Apple

Followed by the colours in my backyard...

Love when the sun comes out to play with nature :)

For Lunch I had a Grilled Wrap

Ground Chicken, Refried Black Beans, Spinach, Onion, Paprika and Cayenne

Stuffed into an Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Tortilla and grilled a la George Foreman

Yesterday I spent the afternoon doing Tie-Dye with friends

I went for a subtle tie-dye effect with my white t-shirt

Tomorrow I will post the photos of our actual tie-dye process

The Technicolor Theme carried into Dinner...

Cubed Extra Firm Tofu and Purple Japanese Sweet Potato, with Peas and Corn

Mixed with "all the vegetables under the sun" like Kale, Swiss
Chard, Gai Lan, Green Beans, Spinach, and who knows what else...

Seasoned with a little Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, and Dill

Baked @ 375 Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes

  4. I love your "all veggies under the sun" meal- thats how my dinners tend to look! I once rit-dyed a duvet cover with ties for a one color tie dye look. I was so afraid it would stain the washer, but it didn't!

  8. The dye on your shirt looks like a flower! I don't know if that was intentional but it's pretty. :)

  9. That's the best looking bowl of oatmeal I have seen in FOREVER! I love the addition of tart apples... sometimes I even grate them in.

  10. I love apple and banana together in my oatmeal! It tastes like fall.

That is so awesome how you made the tie dye look like a flower!

  11. I need to go to the shops pronto! Those vegetables look so amazing. We're in the midst of a vegetable/fruit drought in this house because I haven't felt like grocery shopping - and I ended up having peanut butter and dark chocolate chunks in my vanilla almond oatmeal. Very delicious, but way too rich for 6am!
