Happy Earth Day and Good Friday

You know it's really Spring when Seasonal Fruits appear more colorful

Organic Pear and Strawberry Oatmeal

Sprinkled with Dark Chocolate Chips

Lunch was another Bean Burrito with Cream Cheese and Chicken

Made with an Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Tortilla

Stuffed with Spinach and grilled on the George Foreman

Question: Do you celebrate Earth Day or Good Friday?
My plans include a walk with Mom and sun bathing :)

Can't I celebrate both? :)

Love the cream cheese exploding out of your wrap -- that must have tasted really good!

YES! There's nothing better than juicy, red strawberries! I can't wait until the local ones start popping up at the market!

I celebrated Earth Day by going on a walk with my dad. :)

I definitely celebrated Earth Day more than Good Friday today. We planted some sunflowers, cleaned up the flower beds, and enjoyed the outdoors!

I celebrate Earth Day, but I try to do that way more than once a year. I think it's great that both holidays focus on appreciation...I'm definitely feeling very aware, and very grateful.

Love those oats!!

How about both? :) Your fruit-filled oatmeal looks so good, especially with those dark choco chips, mmm! I love the Ezekiel products - so hearty and delicious!

Have a great weekend, Kelsey!

I celebrate Easter by thinking upon God's love and work He's done for us and serving at church, and when the weather's nice, goin' outside to frolick around! :D

I have a question btw! so how do you like the foreman grill? Is it ONLY for grilling? As in~it doesn't make waffles right? It looks pretty cool b/c it's also so small compared to many other appliances :) have a great day Kelsey~

Hm beans and cream cheese....I will definitely need to give that combo a try. I love sprouted grains, Especially the Food for Life 7 Grain Bread. That plus almond butter and honey equals soooo good.
Beautiful oats!

I approve of your delicious breakfast! I'm sure the wrap was great too. I wish I could press mine in a grill like that!

That b-fast looks SO good!!! Love chocolate and strawberries. And Ezekiel is such a great product. I have my hubby hooked on it now. ;) I celebrate Good Friday only in that we don't eat meat.
