Coconut Bliss Ice Cream

Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss Organic Non-Dairy Mint Galactica

It may be snowing here in B.C. but that doesn't stop me from eating ice cream

Bought this to try because I've heard rave reviews
of Coconut Bliss' Organic Non-Dairy Frozen Desserts

And it doesn't disappoint! I was so amazed by the creamy
texture, light mint undertones, and crunchy chocolate flakes

Velvety smooth

Definite must-have and must-try for all ice cream lovers!

Turtle Trails

When you try something amazing for the first time it's only fair to share it with others...

Even if you happen to reach the bottom in a sugar-induced
frenzy!!! But that's just how good this soy ice cream tasted!

So Delicious Dairy Free Turtle Trails Soy Ice Cream

The best frozen dessert I've had this Summer, and I've tried out a few. It's
got a creamy and robust caramel sauce mixed with chocolate covered praline
pecansthat add excellent texture to the smooth vanilla soy milk-based ice cream

The nutritional information isn't too bad, a little high in sugar but kudos for the fiber ;)

Good until the last scoop. Wish I took photos a bit
sooner, before I let my stomach get the best of me hehe

Questions: What's your favorite frozen treat this Summer?
Do you like soy ice cream or prefer a different mylk base?

Brownie Bites and Coconut Ice Cream

When the summer heat can't be beat, I bring out the ice cream and chocolate treats

Coconut Ice Cream and Gluten Free Brownies! Oh yes indeed

Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss is one of my absolute
favorites and this Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge is to die for!

Paired with All But Gluten's Dairy Free and Gluten Free Mini Brownie (Brownie Bites)

Question: Are you an ice cream lover? What base do
you prefer (ie. coconut, soy, almond, hemp, nut, milk)?

Frozen Banana Ice Cream Cereal with PB&J

Sometimes I think of weird food combinations and decide to try them out

I had a frozen banana in the freezer and saw a box
of cereal and thought, "You just need some ice cream"

So together in a bowl I combined Frozen Banana,
Gluten Free Rice Krispies, Soy Ice Cream and Cinnamon

Then I thought, "You need milk!"

So I added some Unsweetened Almond Milk

Poured over top

Nom nom nom

But I wasn't done yet! I realized it needed the color of some Jam and Peanut Butter

And this is the result of it all :) Scrumptious

Disgustingly Delicious Dessert

Sometimes you've got to get a little messy!

It's basically everything sinful I could find in the house, packed into
a parfait cup. What's inside you ask? Well pretty much everything...

1/2 a banana, some chocolate protein pudding
1 broken peanut butter granola bar2 Tbsp of a
melted chocolate bar, 1 tsp peanut butter and
topped with a scoop of vanilla soy ice cream!!!

The reason it's so messy is I nuked it in the microwave,
before adding the ice cream, and it sort of bubbled over ;)

F*** was this delicious though. Well worth the non-creative effort that went into it

Question: Do you ever make food
that is too un-blogging-pretty to show?

Monkeying Around

I love sushi for breakfast, it comes in second to chocolate :)

Brown Rice Vegetable Combo with Imitation Crab Lettuce Wraps in Tapioca
Paper, alongside Roasted Chicken Breast, Sauteed Kale, Red Onion, and Leeks

Protein-packed with healthy carbs to fuel my day

The other day I found this while at Value Village

My monkey toque that I am now obsessed with

Look at that face! Awe

My lunch looks more like it should have been my
breakfast, but who says we should follow the "rules"

Scrambled Tortilla with whole eggs and egg whites, kale
and onion, a dash of garlic powder and squirt of mustard

Oh and tomato, all tucked tucked into a brown rice tortilla

Mighty delicious and so simple, just how I like my meals

Let's switch over to dessert shall we?

Dessert for Dinner? I think so!

And inside an empty bowl of noodle soup? Yup!

A cup (I ate some while photographing) of Soy Ice Cream
with Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Cake and Vanilla Cake

Definitely not Soybean Noodle Soup, but way tastier ;)

Questions: Do you switch up your meals too? Do you
have Breakfast for Lunch or Dinner for Breakfast etc.?
