White Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chunks!

My poor banana has been taken by SIN!

I blame delectable wonders of White Chocolate
Wondeful Peanut Butter by PeanutButter&Co !!!

Peanut Butter on Banana with Vegan Chocolate Chunks!!!

To garnish (hehehe), I grabbed a small handful of Enjoy Life Foods
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mega Chunks because, (in my opinion),
chocolate provides a needed KICK to such a memorably classic snack

Question: How do you "garnish" your bananas?

Cacao Coconut Bliss Bowl

Snack time for Snacking Squirrel gets a little bit messy...

This raw vegan mess was simply scrumptious and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Sliced banana topped with melted Artisana's Raw Cacao Bliss Coconut
Butter and paired with 1/3 of Art Of Raw's Spiced Cacao Goji Maca Bar

So refreshing on a hot day since I threw it in the freezer for a few minutes to chill

Banana Rice Sugar Cookies

There's no holding back my love of bananas

And I've got a super easy cookie recipe to share with you

Banana Rice Sugar Cookies
created by Snacking Squirrel

Ingredients

1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup potato flour
1 large mashed banana
1 whole beaten egg
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Directions

A. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
B. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
C. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl
D. Mix wet ingredients slowly into dry
E. Combine and scoop onto a cookie sheet
F. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned

They are sort of a mixture between a soft banana muffin
and a soft/chewy sugar cookie. Like a Banana Snickerdoodle

Yields: 6-8 cookies

Question: What's one of your
favorite baking recipes with banana?

Chocolate Shakeology

"The Healthiest Meal Of The Day" Chocolate Shakeology

A friend of mine sent me 2 packets of Chocolate and 2 of Vanilla Shakeology Mixes
to try. She swears by them and I was excited to test them out. I made mine with water,
ice, and banana. They're super nutrient dense and contain 160 calories per packet

Let me tell you, they are addictive! It reminded me
of a chocolate milkshake, it was so creamy and sweet

I'm definitely going to be drinking more of these for breakfast and
even lunch! They're just THAT good! And I've tried a lot of protein
powder drink mixes in the past, but this is by far my favorite!

Questions: Do you drink protein powder mixes?
What brand of protein powder do you use/is your favorite?
