October is all about Pink

Nothing "plain" about this! Liberte Greek Yogurt

"October is all about Pink"

Hmm you may be wondering about the title of this post. Well October is associated with the Opal birthstone. The Opal is believed to predict illness, and is the reason this month is associated with a lot of Health Awareness CampaignsOne of the largest, that most of us know of, is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. With the tenacious support and efforts made, there is hope that we may see a future for ourselves or generations of women to come, without Cancer.

Lunch was a Chicken, Squash and Vegetable Stir-fry...

Red kuri squash, broccoli, chicken, red onions, celery,
bean sprouts, capers, swiss chard, spices and mustard

The chopsticks were for "decoration" purposes.
Until I master them, I'll stick with the metal fork ;)

This lucky girl got another package giveaway in the mail!!!

Cafe Caramel Brown Rice Protein Powder from
Prairie Naturals that I won from Kris @ iheartwellness

I haven't opened it yet but I definitely will soon. So excited!!!

MmMm and I love me some Olive Bread

A little steamed kale and red onion to go on top...

With a yummy yet unfortunately over-cooked poached egg!

Question: Do you have personal Health
Plans, goals or resolutions for October?
