Sushi Salad

So you're probably thinking, "Kelsey, what is a Sushi Salad?"

Well, it's a little combination of some of the yummiest foods!
First, you start off with sushi; I chose the Izumi Vegan Combo
with Yam, Avocado, and Cucumber from Planet Organic

Then you make a Stir-Fry or Warm Salad
with your favourite proteins and vegetables!

My Stir-Fry consisted of Wild Turkey Hot Dogs, Garbanzo
Beans, Peas, Broccoli, Bok Choy, Wasabi, Ginger and Soy Sauce

And lastly, to make it an official "sushi" salad, just top it off with sushi pieces!

Because even sushi needs something warm to cuddle up with!

How interesting! I love this idea!! The only thing I personally would change is I would make my salad cold! I like my sushi cold :) Although there is this great sushi place in Fresno that has BAKED sushi and its bombbbb

Perfect way to add the oomph to sushi.

I LOVE deconstructed sushi bowls, too.

My daughter wants to go out for sushi for her birthday on Sunday - I can't do the raw stuff, but I love the tofu!

Have a wonderful weekend Kelsey!
