Carob and Candy Corn Cereal

Halloween invaded my cereal this morning

An adult excuse to eat candy for breakfast

Barbara's Bakery Shredded Oats Cereal

5 grams of fibre per serving

6 grams of protein... not bad!

I love how the bright orange and yellow colours in the candy corn really makes the
cereal POP, and the darkness of the carob brings out a "spooky" ominous feeling

Served with a creamer of almond milk

Silk True Almond Unsweetened Almond Milk to be precise :)

Love this! Gotta get thinking about what I'm going to have for a 'halloween breakfast'... I was thinking pumpkin pancakes with greek yoghurt in a spider pattern on top :D

I think I am the only blogger who doesn't like candy corn. Everyone I know in my city thinks the stuff tastes like wax!! LOL!

I love that cereal. I love how it's like little spirals of wheat all wound up. I love to stuff them with nut butter. I'm strange, I understand that.
I never thought of putting candy corn in cereal. We haven't got it in the UK though, so I'm sad and missing it.
and Silks almond milk is just the best. its the creamiest I've found. UK almond milk doesn't hold a candle!
