I use to love working out on the trampoline. We had to get rid of it due to space.

I've heard of the rebounder, but haven't tried it. I guess I have cause my daughter has a mini trampoline... maybe I need to get it out and try it out.

I've read about the benefits of trampoline jumping and though about getting one myself, but my ceilings are too low. :(

The energy ball looks fun! I don't like too (sugar) sweet, though. What's the dark, gooey stuff inside?
