Thanks for sharing the recipe. These sound great! Have you tried subbing apple sauce or smashed bananas for the oil by chance? Just curious.
Those look awesome- classic chocolate chip are my favorite! If I lived near you, I'd be popping in all the time for these... and the pleasant conversation of course! ;)
Chocolate chip + PB + oats? YES PLEASE!! Delicious!
Oh, yum - these look amazing!! Thanks for posting - definitely bookmarking :) I love recipes calling for spelt flour.
Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are my favorite kind of cookie. Thanks for the recipe, girl! I've been wanting to bake up a batch of muffins or cookies, but the weather has been too darn hot to be slaving away in the kitchen. I guess I shouldn't complain, but it would be nice to have some cookies along with my sunshine!
Wow thats all i have to say!
Thanks for the great recipe! I love that you make giant cookies just like me. Don't you think they look all the more inviting and just seem to say "eat me"? Who could resist such amazing cookies as yours?! Have a lovely day! xox

OMGEEEE! You always have been drooling over your baked yummies! I'm going to be cleaning out my baking cupboard today so I'll definitely have to try these if I still have ingredients that I need to use up. Thanks for sharing the recipe hun!!Nat xoxo
these are glorious!!!!!!!!!!!for me, b/c spelt still contains gluten, this is a no-go. But...i think i could grind 2c of oats into oat flour and then use 2 c whole oats and roll it that way. I bet adding raisins would be fun too! Gosh, so many ways to do this! I love how they are like little patties, rather than cookies. 20-25 mins is a long time, so i know they are dense and good and probably really moist from the PB. Ok i need to make these!
looks so good! i would throw in some dried cranberries in there too, because I LOOOVE them!!

Those cookies sound and look amazing! One question: Spelt flour has gluten. Do you find that the cookies bother your tummy? I know that you have gluten intolerance and I think I do too, so I'm staying away from gluten right now. Just wondering if you have problems with spelt. You are so creative and really great with recipe creation. I don't know how you do it, but you're awesome. xoox <3
Yum, these look delicious. Loved your previous post too. Your brother looks a lot like you. Thanks for posting this recipe, I love that it has simple, wholesome ingredients. You have a great way with words, too.

Things I like from this post:1. your PB jar has pictures of the nuts on it (not to be mistaken with beans from far away)2. the vanilla mix looks like coffee and has desirable bubbles in it3. you wrote it (duh)
These sound AND look fantastic!! I am a huge fan of anything with both oats and PB. I love mixing PB in my oats in the morning, or almond butter. Such a great combo!
What a great sounding recipe...and it's easy and healthy. What could be better? I'm always confused when I see "wheat-free" does that also mean "gluten-free?"
Yum! What a beautifully simple recipe! I can't wait to try these :) It's funny cause I also use olive oil when making my cookies....I find it to be "lighter" you know?XXOO
Ooh thanks for this recipe! I have never tried olive oil in baked goods but I'm sure it's great. Oatmeal choco chip = MY FAVE!
