Holy Yum!!!
Okay, so to get a big poofy top, I basically need to overflow those muffin tins, huh?
You had me at espresso :D
I love anything with coffee and these sound sooooo amazing!
Do you recreate the recipes by guessing the measurements?
Because by the look of those muffins, you're really good at that!
Enjoy them,
Nicole
i've been looking for pastry flour and can't find it! that's it, i'm moving back to Canada :p
Wait - you made these! Oh my Kelsey amazingness! Love it...this would be my favorite way to get a caffeine fix in the morning ;)
And I just seen your post below about doing the Food Blog Star - so excited for you! With muffins like that, woot - your off to a great start :)
Holy wow! Those look absolutely fantastic! I am so impressed that you just took an ingredient list- no recipe! You're genius!
You go girl. So when are you opening your Snacking Squirrel Bakery?
I need to acquire pastry flour. And then it's on!
Happy Sunday! Enjoy the end of the weekend!!! :)
How do you not have your own bakery yet?! Haha and I loove coffee + chocolate together :)
I don't know what to say again, you are a muffin queen Kelsey!
muffin queen!! love it girl :)
Fabulous! x
Any recipe that involves 1.5 cups of chocolate chips has to be good ;) But help a girl out - is that brewed espresso or just the powder? I always find that confusing in recipes.
I'm not a big "coffee" drinker, but DAMN Kelsey, these look and sound delicious! "Do you know the muffin man?" teehee, yes I'm super dorky like that :-D. Enjoy your Sunday!

Girl...you know how to make a beautiful muffin! I am so envious of your muffin tops! YUM!
These look SO good! My body isn't a fan of caffeine so i'd make them without the espresso, but i'm sure they're mighty tasty :D
One word: yum! Cascadia Bakery should hire you to bake for them. :)
OOoo - I'd much rather have these than coffee!!
I like the looks of those! For the espresso, the chocolate, and the sane price when you make your own.
Seriously - you are the muffin QUEEN!!!!!!
