Holy Yum!!!

Okay, so to get a big poofy top, I basically need to overflow those muffin tins, huh?

You had me at espresso :D
I love anything with coffee and these sound sooooo amazing!
Do you recreate the recipes by guessing the measurements?
Because by the look of those muffins, you're really good at that!
Enjoy them,
Nicole

Fabulous! x

Any recipe that involves 1.5 cups of chocolate chips has to be good ;) But help a girl out - is that brewed espresso or just the powder? I always find that confusing in recipes.

I'm not a big "coffee" drinker, but DAMN Kelsey, these look and sound delicious! "Do you know the muffin man?" teehee, yes I'm super dorky like that :-D. Enjoy your Sunday!

These look SO good! My body isn't a fan of caffeine so i'd make them without the espresso, but i'm sure they're mighty tasty :D

One word: yum! Cascadia Bakery should hire you to bake for them. :)

Anonymous said... [reply]

It's always fun to recreate things you've bought. Number one, it's usually alot cheaper. Number two, it's open to customization, and number three, yours looks amazing!
