Tempeh in Mushroom Gravy!

Tempeh, broccoli, spinach, zucchini, asparagus, red bell
pepper, red onion, bean sprouts, celery, Chinese kale,
Then I added freshly cooked "Carnival" squash and brussel sprouts :)
One of my favorite stir-fry creations made so far!
