Chocolate Covered Sunshine

I woke up this morning with the warm sunshine peeking
through my bedroom window, mmm don't you love that?

Breakfast was a Bowl of Oatmeal with Egg Whites, Strawberries,

I highly recommend you try Chocolate Covered Goji Berries if you haven't already!

Question: What are some ways you enjoy
and take advantage of the morning sunshine?

I haven't tried them but they look delicious. I love chocolate covered things!

At home I ate my breakfast with the shades open -- I tried to let the little amount of sunshine into my house!

The addition of the chocolate covered goji berries is making me salivate. Chocolate makes everything 10x better!

Why oh why have I never thought of putting chocolate covered things on top of my hot oatmeal?!
Oh Kelsey. You are simply fabulous. I wish I could visit you in Canada or you could visit me in California.

Oh my, those goji berries look fabulous :-)
I love using the lighter mornings to go for a really refreshing walk or run.

omgshhhh what a genius and yummy combo! I bet the texture of chocolate covered fruit is awesome in hot oats. I enjoy the morning sunshine by simply goin' out and breathing in and out! and frolicking+stretching. :) have a great day Kels!

I have never even tried goji berries period. Wish they were cheaper! Might just have to sneak 'em in the cart one of these days. ;)

Love your beautiful pictures :) I am a total sunshine girl too -- I feel like a cat sometimes because I'll open the blinds, find the sunlight and sit on the floor to study and soak up the sun :)
Thanks so much for the post on my blog too -- I am trying to take little steps to get out of my rut - I even met up with a friend like you suggested. I was tempted to just stay home (seems so much "easier") but I was really glad I went!
loves <3

Waking up to the morning sun is one of my favourite feelings ever! It never fails to put me in a good mood for the day.

LOL. Gotta admit...I really love opening my blinds before I hit the snooze button and snooze in the dawning sunshine...sometimes I take a walk but usually the snooze button calls.

That breakfast looks epic! I take advantage of morning sunshine by getting up and moving. It's an excellent prod for an otherwise lazy girl like myself.

Me want now =) I don't like goji berries but I have a feeling the chocolat could change that. Chocolate covered mulberries are also really yummy.

Everyone tells us that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that it should be a substantial meal. Yet, some people awaken not feeling hungry and have no desire to wolf down bowls of stodgy cereal and plates of dry toast. But this chocolate covered sunshine I am sure that you will wake up early in the morning and eat your breakfast.
