Missing My Morning Muffins

It's been so long, I can't even remember the last time I had a Muffin!

Apricot Oat Muffin from Cascadia Bakery

Since I already made my own versions of their Pumpkin Millet
my collection by making a recipe for these Apricot Oat Muffins...right?

The reason I love these for Breakfast is because they aren't overly sweet,
and the chewy texture between the oats and dried apricots is tantalizing :)

Question: Do you prefer muffins on the sweet or savory side?

That muffin looks like a piece of bread then you see under and it's a muffin!

ha sweet/savory it don't matter to me as long as it's good ;)

I prefer a double chocolate muffin :-) Or carrot ... so I guess I like both!

Definitely prefer sweet muffins! Especially any ones containing banana!

Since I am greedy, I like both! :)

gaah! I love those muffin tops!!! They look so good.

I like sweet muffins, but not too sweet. I always halve the sugar!

I've never tried a savoury muffin, but I prefer them to not be overly sweet :D I also like when they have this strange little chewiness/MOISTNESS but still kinda dry'ness to them, it's hard to explain!

I definitely tend to go for the sweeter side of muffins. Apples. Oats. Dates. Apricots. Blueberries. Bananas and bran. So many possibilities. :D

This one in particular looks (and sounds!) delicious!

Hmm... Important question!
I like sweet muffins, but not overly sweet. I prefer them to be kind of 'wholesome' tasting rather than sugar rush inducing. And wholemeal muffins are always better than non-wholemeal to me. They have more body :)

Yay, muffins are back in your life! :D

I'm not a breakfast eater at all. I drink tea with cream until lunch.

That muffin is to die for. I don't like overly sweet, so something sweet, but not overdone.

I prefer sweet flavors, but not overbeariing sweetness. Something hearty and yummy, not "breakfast cake."

YUM!
I guess I prefer sweet, but I also LOVE a good cornbread muffin with chili!

I cannot make muffins though because.... I eat them all....

Sweet! For sure! Yum. Can I interest you in a trade of some sorts for your amazing muffins? The ones you make though (not the bakery ones)... they're amazing.
;)
