Elections Day in Canada

OIAJ for Breakfast again

Normally it takes forever to eat your way through a jar of peanut butter to make
Oats in a Jar... unless you are a nut butter fiend or live with someone who is :)

1/4 cup egg whites cooked with 1/2 cup quick oats and 1 cup water

Poured into A.Vogel Organic Peanut Butter Jar with 1 medium
banana, 1/4 cup blueberries, 2 Tbsp goji berries, cinnamon, and stevia

Now that my tummy is full, I'm off to join thousands of
Canadians to Vote in the 2011 Federal General Election

I'm a PB fiend too -- seems like I have OIAJ quite often!

We eat peanut butter like crazy here and then my youngest takes the jars and eats cereal out of them before I can get to them. This looks so good!
