I made a fresh and colorful wrap to share with you. I used a
brown rice tortilla
and topped it with salsa
and cucumber slices
and topped it with salsa and cucumber slices
Then added fresh sliced tomato and red onion
Topped with grilled and shredded chicken breast, seasoned with black pepper
And finished with a slice of Emmental Swiss Cheese
Please tell me the sun is shining where you are...
And if so, go out and frolic in the flowers, you deserve it :)

I live in texas so if I were out I would end up like roasted chicken, we have temperatures of over 100 f out here, its SO HOT! :(

I spent most of the day outside as well, the weather feels like it's gone from winter to summer overnight... I can't get enough of the sunshine. :)
