Yam and Walnut Salad

I love subbing regular white potatoes for yams (ie. sweet potatoes) as a base for salads

Yam & Walnut Salads are perfect to pack for picnics
and scooping into little containers for a midday snack

I love the combo of the vinegar and honey and all the great seasonings and I'm sure the walnuts add a nice crunch, yum!

I really don't know why I haven't tried a big bowl of yams and walnuts before. It sounds so very good! And I love the combination of flavors you have going here. So good! Thank you for sharing your creative spirit with me. I love ending my day with your blog. I hope you have a beautiful Tuesday. Much love from Austin!

That salad looks so good - I wish I'd had it when I was trying to find fun sweet potato recipes last week!

This looks so simple and delicious. Definitely gonna be saving this recipe so I can make it soon. Looks like something I can pack and take with me to school that doesn't need refrigeration either. Awesome!
