Oh Salt Spring - it has been years since I've been there - maybe I can convince my friend to go with me when I'm in Victoria for the weekend. It's definitely easier to get there from the island than from the mainland. Such a beautiful place - have a great trip!

Wow, what a great report (and photos) about Salt Spring Natureworks! You really should come over on market day too, I think you'd love all the fresh local foods and yummy surprise treats.

Your cloud photos are breathtaking, btw. Seriously.

What a delightful health-food store! I like local ones like this much more than the big-whole-foodsy-type chain stores... they have so much more character.

And your pictures of the ocean and sky are lovely... when I think of you, I tend to think of a blue sky, just because you always seem to photograph it so well. :)

I am sooo jealous! This place is amazing! It is beautiful, it is close to water and the best grocery store ever is located there. But on the other hand, if this store was close to me, I'd run out of money in no time :) .

This is the kind of place that I'd have to go into clutching a limited amount of money and without my credit card or I'd spend everything on it! Like a kid in a (healthy) candy store... The scenery looks gorgeous too. Hope you have a good trip!
