Most of us have been fortunate enough to experience the power that a
single random act of kindness can make in a stranger's life, whether that act
was brought forth from our doing or we were the recipient of such kindness...
For example, just the other day while I was going downstairs to do laundry, the service
man for the machines was busy emptying the money containers. When he saw me walk
in he directed me to one of the open washing machines and even rejected my $2.25,
stating he will let me use the machine for free since he was working on them anyways
After 35 minutes I went back downstairs to put my wet clothes in
the dryer, bringing my $2.25 with me. The service man had left by now
but I was more than grateful for his generosity. When I walked over
to my occupied washing machine I noticed two coins sitting on top...
It turned out that the kind gentleman had left me an additional $2.25
to use for the dryer! To some, this may not seem like a huge deal, but for
me it was one of the nicest surprises I have ever had a stranger do for me.
It reinforced that there are selfless people out there looking to brighten
the day of a complete stranger, and in return, enriching their lives as well :)
Question: Have you done any random act(s) of kindness
for a stranger lately, or had a stranger generate one for you?

Wow that's nice!
I love random acts of kindness :-) This is a great reminder for me to do something kind for a stranger at the next opportunity.
