Ooo that parfait looks divine. I've never been a big fan of chia seeds, and I usually make my overnight oats with yogurt instead, but maybe I need to give the little buggers a shot again... especially with school coming up; it'll be nice to have a breakfast ready-made and not involving yogurt.Love, love, love your shoes. I love to make my smoothies really thick and still kind of frozen, and then to eat them with a spoon. Pure deliciousness. I may have to make one for dessert tonight. Once a day is just not enough.

That soft serve looks amazing! I've been making banana soft serve without a food processor or mixer... it's probably more like frozen baby food. I will definitely be making this as soon as I get moved in!
