One Sheep, Two Sheep, Three Sheep...


I may have found a temporary fix for insomnia that doesn't involve
 counting sheep, popping pills, or re-fluffing your pillow for the 100th time


But it does involve sneaking into the fridge to 
eat leftover bits of a delicious cinnamon bun!


 A tablespoon of honey and cinnamon in a cup of warm milk is said to help 
you sleep... but somehow I liked the idea of a cinnamon bun instead :)


I'll be back with a full post tomorrow, oh and pics
 of my new hair cut (going to a salon this time lol)
