I may have found a temporary fix for insomnia
that doesn't involve
But it does involve sneaking into the fridge to
eat leftover bits of a delicious cinnamon bun
!
A tablespoon of honey and cinnamon in a cup of warm milk is said to help
you sleep
... but somehow I liked the idea of a cinnamon bun instead :)
