(I mentioned that I started taking Cipralex again for depression. I ended up having horrible side effects the second time around and once again knew it was time to try something different. For the past few days I have been medication free, although this time I'm using herbal alternatives. Honestly, its been worth it. Maybe its because I realized just how terrible I felt on medication, but slowly for the first time I am truly feeling grounded in my body... and temporarily going back on Cipralex proved to me why I like my unmedicated life better. But we must respect those who use meds, because each persons body is different and unique)
