Winter Squash Stir-Fry


It's no wonder they call it Winter Squash...


Kabocha Squash Stir-Fries are my favorite. Winter Squashes 
are amazing in Soups, Stews, Roasts or a side dish to a meal!


Quick n' easy, they make fabulous leftovers too!


Right now I'm in love with the additions 
of Garbanzo Beans and Brussel Sprouts


And there's no need for oil to season...


Just use mustard and spices!


Eden Organic Yellow and Brown Mustard

Ain't nothing wrong with a little oil though - helps you absorb all those good nutrients in those veggies!

What spices do you use? Kabocha and garbanzos are two of my favorite foods so this is right up my alley! I'd love to make it. :)
