Weekend Breakfast, probably the most enjoyable meal of the week
Brown Rice Tortilla
topped with Scrambled Eggs, Spinach, Onion
topped with Scrambled Eggs, Spinach, Onion
and Black Pepper, topped with Shredded Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano
The reason my tortilla is looking a little sad is because the
bag got squished in the fridge, hence the cracks and breaks
I baked it in the oven at 385 F for 5 minutes to get brown and crispy

Yum! Even with the cracked tortilla, it looks amazing! I had cold cereal because I went on a morning run, but usually on the weekend I like having eggs. :)
Mmm cheesy goodness :-) You make such delicious looking wraps! Favorite weekend breakfast meals: pancakes, frittatas or going out for breakfast. I'm very fortunate to usually have a lot of time in the mornings so I often feel like I'm eating a "weekend" breakfast every day of the week :-)
It sounds strange, but I love to indulge in scrambled eggs over the weekends because my weekday breakfasts are usually toast and yogurt.
For some reason, all your delicious photos have gotten me very curious about what happens when you make a baked tortilla *with* grapes inside...
Ah, weekends, and extra time in the morning. Sometimes that means extra time to cook me some real, hardcore, slow-cooking steel-cut oats... sometimes it means extra sleep, and a lazy bowl of cereal while staying in my pajamas til noon.
Assuming I get out of bed before breakfast (what can I say, I love sleeping in), I eat the same stuff as during the week - yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, muesli, toast...whatever I'm in the mood for. Although if I do want to have a true "weekend breakfast" I'll go and make something like French toast.
This looks soooo delicious! I've never had brown rice tortillas and now have to try them!
Weekend breakfasts are the best! It's so nice take as much time as you want to make a more elaborate breakfast. My favourites are pancakes and oatmeal.

This looks delicious. I will certainly have to try this recipe with the family. We usually go for bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns or pancakes on the weekends.

I love having BIG breakfasts with friends or family on the weekends. With bacon and eggs, and hashbrowns.
