Natural Calorie Burners

Weekends are the most opportune time to use up leftovers, because generally,
that's when I find containers of leftover weekday meals hoarding up my fridge

Throwing out leftover food just doesn't sit well for me, especially when I know
that mixing different dishes together can yield some of the best tasting meals

Leftover Roasted Kabocha Squash and Stir-Fried Green Vegetables
with leftover White Butter Beans and Steamed Edamame. I topped
it with Steamed Broccoli, Sauerkraut, and Spicy Brown Mustard

My only complaint is that I didn't have many leftovers to use up this week

I'm just as hesitant as most people when it comes to "Sports Drinks", so when I
had an opportunity to try this new GOOD4U athletic drink, I was extremely hesitant

0 Calories and sweetened with Stevia

100% Natural Raspberry Green Tea "Calorie Burner" ...hmm

Product Function: This GOOD4U Athletic Formula is designed for active
people to enable them to achieve or maintain their ideal weight range. Optimal
weight management is supported using key strategies including suppression of
appetite and stimulation of metabolism. GOOD4U Calorie Burner should form
part of an overall nutrition and exercise program

Calorie Burner Blend: Garcinia Cambogia Fruit, Green Tea Extract,
Dandelion Root Extract, Yerba Mate, Hawthorn Berry Extract, Guarana
Extract, Gymnema Sylvestre Extract, Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin B6,
Vitamin B2, Resveratrol, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin B12

Of course, I am not looking to lose weight myself, but after reading
through all of the ingredients, I was curious enough to give it a try

It tastes like a super sweet iced green tea, and I needed to water it down a few times.
But it was very refreshing, and slightly addictive actually. I had it during the mid-
afternoon, a time when I generally start losing energy, and this was
the perfect boost I needed. For anyone looking to control craving and snacking,
although as the Snacking Squirrel I support snacking, this drink definitely works.
It's a bit of an appetite buzz-kill, which for some, is quite helpful

Question: Would you try this drink? Let me
know what you think of "Natural Calorie Burners"

Love the leftover plate! Haha but no I would not try that drink. I really don't drink energy drinks or anything like that! It just seems weird to me :)

I love the idea of that drink. I don't like energy drinks but as this is 0 calorie, and I could definitely use a natural calorie burner (but I find Green Tea a bit 'bleh' on its own). Shame it's not a UK-available product, as per usual!

Haha I'm the leftover queen :) and I'd rather drink green tea as it seems more natural!

Every time you post sauerkraut it makes me want to go buy some. Which brand to you get?

And as for natural calorie burners...meh. There may be research that shows these things help increase metabolism, but generally at much higher doses than most people would consume, and definitely higher than what's in the drinks, I'm sure. So I would say they probably don't harm you, but may not be worth your money.

That leftover dish looks tasty! So tasty that I'm actually roasting a butternut squash right now, and I've got some sauerkraut I've been meaning to use up as well. I think I'll combine those with some other things as well :D

XOXO!

I don't think I would try that drink. I am really skeptical about products that make bold claims like that.
