Breakfast Quesadillas


Regardless of how lazy I may feel, I always try to
 make my food visually appealing with plenty of color


In one pan, I scramble 1 egg and 3 egg whites with diced red bell 
pepper and scallions. In a separate pan, I warmed a broken flour 
tortilla with a slice of Kraft cheese melting on top, with black pepper


This is my version of a healthier and less-cheesy breakfast quesadilla


By warming the tortilla in a pan, the outside gets 
toasty, providing some nice crunch when you bite in
