White Chocolate Chip
Peanut Butter Cookies

1.25 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 large egg
1 Tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
A. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
B. Beat margarine, peanut butter and sugars together
C. Mix in the egg, milk and vanilla extract
D. Slowly blend in the flour, baking soda and salt
E. Fold in the white chocolate chips
F. Roll 1-2 Tbsp dough in your hands to form balls
G. Lightly flatten balls by pressing onto greased baking pan
H. Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool for additional 10 min
You can easily adapt this recipe to fit your own needs, whether it be
swapping out dairy for lactose-free alternatives, using dark chocolate
chips instead of white or replacing wheat flour for a gluten free option

White chocolate is soooooo good in cookies!
Those look delicious! And like the real cookies of childhood - not the protein powder + water + stevia combo that seems to be trending as a 'cookie.' I can't wait to try this!
