Fruit and Yogurt Parfait Fuel


It's a parfait kind of day...


0% Greek Yogurt with sliced Strawberries and Gluten Free Granola


I love how the granola contains a bunch of different oats and seeds like 
pumpkin and sunflower seeds, it adds a neat crunch to the smooth yogurt


An energizing blend of protein, carbs, and 
fats to put some fuel into the start of my day

give you the most fuel to take on the day?

I like parfaits, they are so versatile, also can be easily adapted as a snack or dessert.

Yogurt parfaits are a favorite of mine, and this is definitely a great way to start the day!
