I love how the granola contains a bunch of different oats and seeds like
pumpkin and sunflower seeds, it adds a neat crunch to the smooth yogurt
An energizing blend of protein, carbs, and
fats to put some fuel into the start of my day

I like parfaits, they are so versatile, also can be easily adapted as a snack or dessert.
