Taco Bowl Salad


When I saw that me and Lizzy have the same pumpkin face mug, 
was excited to whip mine out and start getting into 'Halloween-Mode' 


Look what I found yesterday! Anyone else
 tried Bigelow Autumn Pumpkin Spice Tea?


I gave my mom a sip, to which we both said the same 
thing, "This tastes like marshmallows and caramel!!!"

 Ever since Heather @ Where's The Beach? posted Tortilla
 Bowl Taco Salads, I have been dying to try one out for myself


The 'Taco Bowl' is made by placing a soft tortilla into 
an oven-safe bowl and baking for 20 minutes @ 325


Yay! It's sort of bowl-shaped!


Next, I prepared the basic ingredients...


Chopped Lettuce, Shredded Chicken, Diced Red 
Onion, Diced Tomato, Corn Kernels and Kidney Beans


Once piled on top, you add your favorite toppings 


I topped my Taco Salad with salsa, avocado, alfalfa sprouts,
hot sauce, and a little apple cider vinegar with lemon juice


The crunchy edible tortilla bowl rocks for scooping up the fillings!
