Real Men Do Yoga

I've been waiting forever for this letter to come in the mail.
It's my Yoga Teacher Registration Card a.k.a business card

Having a Yoga Alliance card is a good thing to have, and
will make a big difference in finding more job opportunities

FYI, my personal information is blocked out for safety reasons...

Now, let's eat some Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes to celebrate!

I used purple, yellow and orange sweet potatoes with thyme, basil and oregano

Pretty sure the above picture shows they were fresh out of the oven lol

Oh and since my oldest brother is home for Christmas
(and is making his Snacking Squirrel debut), here is Lee...
eagerly showing off the Yoga Poses I taught him :)

His version of Upward Dog... haha why is it that when
family gets together for the holidays, hilarity ensues?

Setting up, then succeeding at Crow Pose!

Lastly he did Plank because Downward Dog was a mess haha

Question: When your family gets together
over Christmas, do you tend to laugh and
create funny memories? Any stories to share?

Too legit.
So happy for you.

PS....Did your bro jump into plank from the crow? Love how men cand conquer some poses cause of the arm strength but not others. So unique how our bodies differ.

I still hold that the most difficult asana is the freakin staff....you hear me on that? When you really work it and breathe into it...man.

*SERIOUS typo in previous comment. Couldnt let it slide.
