Back to Bed

Some days I just want to stay in bed

Hide from the world and get lost in the sheets

Some days I disappear, just Teddy and me

In hopes of a happier tomorrow

I'm hoping that tomorrow brings you much joy and happiness, my sweet friend. I've been fighting bad allergies, so I can relate to just wanting to stay in bed. Take car!

Okay little friend. I'll let you crawl into your cacoon and rest your little butterfly wings. But just for a little while. The world needs your brightness.

This "funk" will pass, girl. You know it will. Maybe you are detoxing. Google "Healing Crisis + Fasting" (Not that you are fasting). Instad of physical symptoms You might also be experiencing recurrences of the mood symptoms that you have realize are caused by nutrition affecting you in certain ways. You are releasing ophtysical toxins and emotional toxins.

I think these days are similar to the days when you want to make your duvet into a coat and wear it everywhere you go, like a portable bed. Sometimes we need a little bed time to rejuvinate, but I hope you are feeling like embracing the world soon. You are lovely.

I certainly know that feeling! From your last post it sounds like you're doing better. I hope so! And my little M would do anything for a teddy like that.
