OH MY GOD,

This looks so so good! Would this work with raisins or dried cranberries?

mmmm, look delicious! Cranberry pancakes (replacing eggs!) may be certainly be on the menu today. I have frozen cranberries in the freezer, as it happens!

Oh now those look delish! I always thought I hated cranberries b/c I just equated them to that cranberry jelly stuff out of the can at Thanksgiving.

So this is what I need to do with my leftover cranberries. Perfect! I need to eat more breakfasts like this! Thank you for sharing another great recipe with me. I hope you had a great day...and that tomorrow is even better. Hugs!

I wish I had your photo-taking skills! I just baked a cranberry-lemon loaf last week and SO good! Great timing :)

Thank YOU SO MUCH for you AMAZING COMMENT on my post! Gosh...your one of the ones I imagined would do it "perfectly" and I just felt (feel) like a failure in so many ways...and am still so lost and confused about my future.

Thank you truly for even reading me. And keep eating Sweet potatoes :) (p.s i try to focus on recipes without adding in sugar myself - aside from stuff like applesauce, pumpkin, etc. - but sometimes the maple syrup is going in ! :)...and chocolate has a hold on me...! EEPS!)

These look amazing! I am definitely making them soon, on a weekend when I actually have time to make a hot breakfast instead of just throwing something together in 2 seconds. You made them look so good! I hope mine will turn out as well, because nothing I make is ever so fluffy and pretty. xox

Mmm looks so good! I really want to make pancakes one day, but I'm iffy because they don't look that filling and I need my breakfasts to keep me full through 4 hours of class! How long did this keep you full for?

so colorful and yummy!
you asked about the black soy beans -- they're more like a dense black bean. They're a bit smaller than a black bean and the taste is slightly different, but I wouldn't say it's anything like edamame.

Holy Guacamole that looks soo good! I was just thinking about making a oatmeal pancake....Now I know what recipe to use!!! I think I'll substitute blueberries or prunes, though...not a big fan of cranberries...

Gorgeous pancake!!!

Great photos. I'll have to give these a try - sounds like something my kids would like. Except for the raw hemp butter, no offense, but I'm not thinking it is wonderfully kid friendly. Tis okay - just leaves more for mama!

I make oatmeal pancakes all the time - but I've never added berries! Good call! :)

Oooh these pancakes look absolutely scrumptious! I've never tried raw hemp butter. What does it taste like? I've had just hemp seeds before, is it similar in taste?
