She's On A Roll

After the stressful few days I've had, I decided to treat myself to a big
fluffy Haggis Farm Whole Wheat Cinnamon Bun from Lifestyle Markets

As much as I love Haggis Farms Cinnamon Buns, I still love these
Vegan Cinnamon Rolls I bought from Green Cuisine awhile back

There's nothing like enjoying a Cinnamon Bun with Coffee as you
deliciously pull apart the roll, anticipating the sweet and sticky center!

For me, Raisins are a must... some chopped Walnuts wouldn't hurt either ;)

After reading Katie's Post on creating a Blogroll,
I was inspired to perhaps start one up again...

I like her idea of creating an "equal-opportunity" list of
blogs in which both people add a link to each others blogs....

It's a great way to link together and add support!

Comment: If you would like to be added to my upcoming
Blogroll, let me know; To keep the list fair and personal, you
must have a blogroll and be willing to exchange site links

Wait, I'm not on your blogroll?!

;-)

You are totally on mine! I tend to creep and not comment when I am busy, which seems to be constantly these days.

I am not much for cinnamon buns, but I do love a good fluffy biscuit.

I love that you made a stereotypically "unhealthy" baked good part of your diet today- there is always a time and place for everything! But since it was whole wheat it wasss pretty healthy anyway! I want one now!
You are already on my blogroll - and if you wish, I would love to be on yours!

Mmmm, I love cinnamon rolls, they've definitely got to have raisins, I've never tried one before with nuts in though...sounds good!

You've been on my blogroll for a while, would love to be on yours if that's ok! :)

I think one should have a blogroll that is only of blogs she/he reads...I removed my blogroll because I realized that I couldn't keep up with all the blogs listed on there. There are definite cons and pros to having a blogroll, but I'm interested to see how yours pan out.

Hi lovely lady...I want a cinnamon roll too! I don't have a blogroll (and I don't know when/if I will) but when it happens, I'll be sure to add you :-) Thank you for sharing with me tonight, my sweet friend. I hope that you have a wonderful week full of laughter, love and good food. As always, I'm leaving tonight feeling inspired by your creativity and kindness.

I'm just wondering..when you eat stuff like this how do you make sure you don't over-restrict for the rest of the day? do you just pay attention to your hunger? it's something I really struggle with so I would love any advice you have.

Kelsey Ann said... [reply]

Anonymous: I pretend I ate something else... ignore that I had it for breakfast and continue on. Actually, I never feel guilty for it because it would be no different than having a regular breakfast with lots of fruit, nuts, grains etc. You have to find what works though because some foods, like cinnamon buns, would be too much in the beginning. Try something a little lighter that is just enough to challenge you, but not too much to cause an anxiety attack, or restriction. xo
