There's Kabocha Squash in My Yogurt!

Before I announce the 2 Winners of my 2 Giveaways, let me announce Breakfast :)

Looking at the leftover Roasted Kabocha Squash in the fridge,
I imagined what it would taste like mixed with Yogurt and Fruit...

This Kabocha Squash n' Yogurt Bowl is a combination of Squash,
0% Plain Yogurt, Prunes, sliced Pears, Cinnamon and some Stevia

Half of the squash I reheated, the other half left cold...
but all of it was surprisingly unsurprisingly delicious!!!

And the 2 Winners of My Double Birthday Giveaway:

Winner #1 (Chocolate): @ Moves 'N Munchies

Winner #2 (Candy): RunYogaRepeat

That actually doesn't surprise me at all either, that it was tasty. It's been too long since I had squash, yums!

Wow! Amazing breakfast, I've never tried kabocha on yogurt, I might just try it later. :D

That is a really good idea! Wow.
You should make a squash muffin...like zuchhini bread.

I think I could eat squash with anything - but I never thought to eat it like this! It looks delicious! Lately I've been making sweeter dishes with garden carrots - they can be just as sweet as some squash!
