Buttered Toast and Broken Glass

Toasted Spelt and Flax Seed Bread

Buttered with Soy Free Earth Balance Spread

After Breakfast I went to reach for a glass of water when disaster struck...

I dropped my favorite glass and broke it!!!

The only positive is that I bought two, so at least there's one still left

But its always sad when something breaks :(

Question: What was the last thing you broke?

My family has been breaking so many glass things lately!... we just moved and out new kitchen floor is bent on winning every time we drop something. The worst one was me breaking the replacement blender :(.

The better question is, what is the last thing I DIDN'T break? Haha, I'm a tested-and-true klutz

my brake cable from my bike!

Isn't it weird how you NEVER break the mug that's already chipped or the glass you don't like, but ALWAYS break your fave of everything? I hate that.

Butter on toast. Simple and oh so satisfying :D And I'm sorry aboyt your glass, but at least you have another one to replace it with. The last thing I broke wasa one of the cookies I baked ;) I didn't let it cool down enough and it crumbled when I tried to pick it up.

It's sad when you break something. I think the last thing I broke was a covered dish lid. I was putting it away and...oops.

Kelsey, Thanks so much for visiting my blog!
That spelt/flaxseed bread looks really good.

Sorry about your broken glass I know how sad that is. My girlfriend gave me a set of stemless wine glasses and I broke 2 of them within a week. I guess my hands were too soapy and they slipped right out! So sad.

The last thing I broke was a plate. At least it wasn't one of my favorites, but it was still sad :(

Have a wonderful rest of the day girl! :)

I hope you didn't cut yourself hun!!
Whenever something breaks in my house, my mom takes all the broken pieces of glass and place them in a bowl with cold water. She says it's for good luck!
I hope you have the best sunday, love you hun!

Oh, I broke my glass mixing bowl because I didn't wait long enough for it to cool down before ringing it. It was sad.

One day last week, it was lovely outside so we turned off the air conditioning and opened the windows... and the lovely breeze knocked over two of my very favorite bowls and they broke. :(

I went to replace them, but of course the store no longer has them. BOO.

Aww sorry about your favourite glass! I broke my favourite mug last summer and I was so bummed about it!

I don't think I've broken anything recently though... shoot I probably just jinxed it. :P

Sad! I'm definitely more than a little bit irrationally attached to a few of my coffee cups! The last thing I broke was a decanter we were going to pass-on to Marcus' sister. It wasn't expensive but I was miffed that the rim got chipped!

Aw, sad! The last thing I broke was a glass too, but it was just a plain old glass and we have a million more!

I use earth balance too! :)

I never seem to break *my* favorite things... somehow it's always when I'm borrowing someone else's! Yikes. :/ Sorry about your glass - perhaps you should give it a nice little funeral?
