September 11th: A Decade Later


Before I get started with this post, I would like to send
 my love to everyone in remembrance of September 11th


Organic Spelt Toast smothered in Organic Smooth Peanut Butter


Regardless of where we live in the world, what happened to the  
World Trade Center Towers on September 11th, 2001, remains
to a be day in which we will forever have etched into our minds


Brown Rice Tortilla topped with Scramble Eggs, Leeks,
 Spinach, Dinosaur Kale, Sauerkraut, and Mozzarella Cheese


Wrapped and Grilled 


Flipping through the television channels, we are reminded of the
 tragedy once again, through documentaries and video footage 


1/2 BBQ Roasted Chicken Breast with Gluten- 
Free Rice Spaghetti Pasta and Steamed Broccoli


To those still in mourning; Families, Wives, Husbands, Children, 
Friends, Coworkers, and Witnesses, my heart and prayers go out to you

10 years later and I'm still in disbelief that it actually happened. My thoughts are with all those who were affected by this tragedy! <3
