Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pies

Last Thanksgiving I ran a Marathon and
this Thanksgiving I ate Pumpkin Pie haha

Mini Pumpkin Pie Tarts from Planet Organic Market's Bakery

Because it's Thanksgiving in Canada, our holiday is a
month and a half earlier. Hey, we're an impatient bunch ;)

These were wonderfully delicious; The sweetness of
the creamy filling was well-balanced with the pastry

Screw the pie crust, I could eat buckets of this pumpkin filling all day :)

Not as cute as my pumpkin face pie tarts, although
the edges of the crust reminds me of a fairytale castle

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving

I completely agree. I could just eat the filling of pumpkin pie straight. Enjoy your holiday!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I made mini-pumpkin-pies that looked just like those for my family's thanksgiving last year... but on my own, I eat pumpkin right out of the can. ;)

Happy Thanksgiving! That pie looks delicious. I love pumpkin so I made a bunch things this weekend with it. I didn't have any pumpkin pie though and now I really want some!

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you had a great day! I feel the same way when it comes to pumpkin pie filling. I don't care about the crust, but the filling...I could swim in!
