My Egg Scramble Breakfast Wraps


Food For Life Brown Rice Tortillas


Wheat & Gluten Free


These are my favourite tortillas, and although they are not as
 malleable as their glutenous counterparts, they're still quite versatile


1 whole Egg and 1/4 cup Egg Whites in a saute pan
 with 2 cups of Spinach and 1/4 cup diced Red Onion


After cooking, I added 1/3 cup of Eden Sauerkraut and a dash of Black Pepper


L’AncĂȘtre Partially Skimmed Mozzarella Cheese Slices


Organic and Lactose Free


I tore a slice into pieces and laid them on top of the scramble


Grilling in the George Foreman Grill


Sometimes I over-stuff the wrap with the scramble mixture
 and the tortilla sticks to the grill when I try to remove it :(


But that's okay, it's still delicious enough to eat!

Goodness gracious, your breakfast wrap looks scrumptious! I make similar scrambles almost every morning, but I've never thought to add sauerkraut! I bet it adds a nice "zing" to each bite. :-)

I think it's about time I invest in a George Foreman! "Grilling" in a pan doesn't reveal quite the same results.

those are my FAVORITE tortillas!!!! I am sad bc ive tried to get them from whole foods (the only place I

I find those wraps crack and dry out so easily! Any tips on preventing that?
